Conditions for requesting to modify company information

Several conditions for requesting to modify company’s information is limited by each process. Users can draft and amend company’s information freely when it is still not submitted to Ministry of Commerce (MOC) yet. However, when the application is submitted, user cannot make any changes anymore as our relevant officer is checking on your application.

User can modify company’s information only when your application is returned from the ministry/institution which happens as the information that was initially provided is not complete or wrong. You can modify company’s information differently in each steps as described below:

  1. Ministry of Commerce (MOC)
    In case of MOC returns your application, you can revise your company’s information such as name of enterprise or company, business activity, address, business owner details and representative details.
  2. General Department of Taxation (GDT)
    In case of GDT returns your application, you can revise your company’s information such as information of tax registration application, number of employees, business signs/billboards, estimated turnover and representative in patent.
  3. Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT)
    In case of MLVT returns your application, you can revise your company’s information such as number of employees and owner or director details.

If you require to change your company’s information after your application is approved, you shall summit a request form to the relevant ministry/institution, and directly contact the relevant ministry/ institution for further information.
